He randomly showed up on the island.. I've seen pictures of this happen before but never to me until now... ot just so happened to be the first time I time traveled on this island! And after the update.. just wondering; can I be expecting him again? If so... how often???

He shows up every Saturday after you get a 3 star rating on your island. After 6PM you can request a song from him and he gives you a copy of it once every visit. ^^
