Logged into my old Neopets account and I have some neopets and petpets painted w/ some pretty expensive brushes.

I know there are a few younger people on this site so if I decided to sell my account do you think anyone would bite or has Neopets just kinda died out xD (i havent touched it in soooo long, i cant imagine other people play too actively)

Ive been on neopets adoption sites and most of the rarer painted neopets were being sold not given out for free :S

That was months ago, and i cant remember the site so it may have changed but Im not really interested in handing out a neopet that costed me +600k ;^;

Neopets hasn't died out. I've never participated in any of the selling communities because selling neopets is against the rules, so I can't speak for those, but neopets itself is still pretty active.

It's against the rules to give/sell it. If they find out your IP suddenly changes or significant things change on it it will get frozen either way. Just leave it.

That's still against the Neopets rules, though. You're only allowed to trade neopets for other neopets or adopt them out. You can't sell or exchange them for any combination of on- or off-site currency or items.

You aren't allowed to sell or give your account away, either.

Ive logged onto that account on multiple devices and never had any problems but im probably not gonna sell it anyways i will probably just give it to my neice ;P

Well it's a huge difference if you give to another country and they suddenly change password. I think it was easier to get away with just giving it away before but they are harder on that now.
