What's the difference between Off Topic and Brewster's Cafe? I think you should merge the two categories to surpress confusion. Again, it's only a suggestion and this is only my opinion, but the whole thing's got me confused.
Off Topic is essentially Off Topic (obviously)
Brewster's Cafe is for more casual discussion along with advertisements, games, and of course; spam threads.
I had this very same question. Usually, brewster's has video links or stories from other users. Off Topic is full of question threads like "What's your gender?" and "Who's your fave artist?"
