Trading Julian, the Smug unicorn for a villager/furniture

Hi everyone!
I started a new town in which Julian, the Smug unicorn, has settled in. I like him but his house is in a terrible spot, which is why I am letting him go.

He is in boxes and ready for adoption. He is fairly original; if I'm correct, a couple items might be missing from his house, so I am very sorry about that.

There are several villagers I am interested in, in exchange:
- Chrissy, the Peppy rabbit
- Sterling, the Jock eagle
- Knox, the Cranky chicken
- Punchy, the Lazy cat
- Skye, the Normal wolf

Or I could accept:
- full Cabana series
- full Pav? series
- full Gracie series
