Trading Julian, looking for Molly

Julian is not a 100% as he has been living in my town for a couple if weeks.

First tread on Belltreeforums but I've adopted a few villagers on Reddit.

I'd like to give Julian away first since he's hogging where I'd like Molly to put her house.
