Julian is moving out of my cycling town Guertena on February 14th real time or on March 31st in Guertena time (March 28th in Guertena as of this post)

I am now ending this auction on February 13th 9 PM EST/UTC -5 at the latest due to time constraints.

Info:
Julian is pretty much original and untouched except some small things.
- Has his initial shirt on the Twinkle Shirt
- Has his initial catch phrase "glitter".
- House is almost untouched but two items are different. Instead of the Regal Vanity he has a Blue Stripe Tee in its place and instead of his Retro Stereo he has an Aurora Screen. Will add screenshot later tonight. Everything else is accurate and will not be furthered touched. See screenshot for further.
*I will check these as time goes by and up date if I notice any changes.

UPDATE: I've lowered the buyout from 30 Mill to 25 Mill. I'm not looking to rush him out honestly so if you feel it's too high just auction normally. I'm not in need of the bells so I'll give him to whoever has the highest bid by end date.

I have changed the ending date due to time constraints, this will end tomorrow night February 13th at 9 PM EST because Friday 14th I'll be gone most of the day.
