Joining in with the dream town reviewing! :3

Hey so I know there have been several dream town reviewing threads and I haven't done any 'dreaming' for a while. So I decided to join in with this dream reviewing which I think will be really fun!

I want to see some creative dream towns so just post your DC and I'll visit and post my opinion/review on it - what I like/think could be improved ect. (don't be offended by my critique if I have any it's only one person's opinion after all!)

P.S. Also, if you know any horror themed towns (it doesn't have to belong to you) I'd appreciate if you were to post the DC to a couple of them too if you know any.
I've already visited 2 of the popular ones like Aika and this other strange psycho town which I can't remember the name of.

♫Things I liked/loved♫
- First of all I have to say that your town name Merupuri is so cute!
- As soon as I 'woke up' (sort of) in your town I immediately loved it - I always love entering a dream town and seeing a present awaits me! >w<
- Your paths are so colorful and looked really pretty with the cherry blossom trees (good update timing - also did you make your patterns yourself????)
- I liked the idea of having bushes surrounding the windmill
- Your villagers are great!
- All of your PWPs are placed so nicely! It seems really well thought out
- You have many creative ideas (I could go on forever and ever) like the scarecrow area with the plants/vegetables
- The pandas are so cute!!!!!!!!!!!
- I thought the music room was really unique ^-^
- I felt really relaxed in the main room of Estelle's house

♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- The bottom left room of Lisa's house was really empty (but I'm assuming that's still a W.I.P so it's not that big of a deal - can't wait to see it complete!)
- The beach looked a bit messy IMO with all of the random items dropped there (were you holding items for someone while they reset when you updated? Just a thought)
- The main room for Mokuren's house seemed really empty too (not sure if it's a W.I.P or not?)

Overall I loved you town! I loved everything about it - the colours, PWPs, patterns and the season too! I'd visit this dream town again for sure. :3 I spent ages in your town too.

Thanks a lot for your review ^.^ All the houses are a WIP - only Estelle's and Lisas houses are nearly finished <3 I have to work on Mokurens house >.< I didn't make the patterns by myself - I found them in the internet :3
Haha yeeea the beach is really messy. I need to get ride of the things but my storage is full <.< Really need a solution for that.

The west side is still bare as I lack the PWPs that I want to use. I also want to make a new character and I have soooo many ideas for the interior but I can't decide where to place the house. I'd like to know your suggestion! Right now I have two options: right above the plaza or in the spot that Tangy occupies.

♫Things I liked/loved♫
- Your path is really cute and I like how it's similar to the stone path at the plaza, town hall, train station ect.
- I like how you have trees, bushes and pretty flower combinations around the path :3 (oh and I also think it's nice that you seem to have thought out the order of fruit trees so that you don't get the same fruit tree next to each other - just adds some colour - oh and the symmetry *.*)
- I though the purple and white roses around the cafe were really cute!
- I loved the placement of the hot spring and flowery arch thing with the bushes surrounding it!
- I liked the main room of your house (oh and the front of your house too - pretty!)
- The ice series is really cute in the top floor room :3 and I liked being able to read the villager pictures too
- Now I REALLY loved the game show sort of room idea! I thought it was sooo creative and I've never seem anything like it in AC before! ^-^

♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- I thought maybe you could have some patterns at the plaza and maybe a few other places to make it more colourful?
- After the campsite, the path seems to just randomly end at the cliff - I just thought it seemed like a slightly strange place to end it xD maybe if it ended at the campsite?
- It would be nice to have some different flowers other than just roses and maybe more hybrids to make it look more vibrant
- Some of the rooms in your house could maybe do with some music or sound effects from gyroids because it was really quiet

Overall I think your town was really pretty! You have some really nice PWPs which are placed well - It could do with a few touch ups - like maybe the emptier rooms (I'm assuming it's still a W.I.P?) I'd visit your town again for sure!

Do you use letters as storage and save them at the post office? I find that's a good solution for lack of storage space

Some notes: the Julia house is under construction so it's not very good looking. The Gabby house is my sister's and she never plays, so it's also not that great. The beach is used for breeding hybrids.

♫Things I liked/loved♫
- I liked the placement of the flower clock - It looked nice directly in front of the train station
- I loved the water fountain *.* It made me want to build one too :L
- The bushes next to each other every now and then were really pretty and symmetrical (I have a slight obsession with symmetry... just a little bit)
- The blue roses outside of bubbles' house were really pretty (even though bubbles scares me!)
- The front of your house looked really cute and cosy :3
- In the main room of your house I found it really welcoming and it seemed like everything was well thought out and placed I felt the same for the top floor room as well!
- I love the rococo series in you back room - it seems peaceful and relaxed there
- "I love food and sleep" - Vanessa (I found this funny for some reason haha)

♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- The plaza looked a little messy with the regal set on the floor
- I think maybe some of your flower/hybrid combinations could use a little work for example instead of having in a line: orange cosmo, yellow cosmo, orange, pink, yellow, white, yellow, yellow you could just stick to 2 combos at a time like: pink, white, pink, white ect. (not sure if this was intended or not)
- Maybe a few more PWPs be nice too. Oh and a few more patterns to add some more colour to it

Overall, I really liked how cosy and small your house was. I think it could do with some arranging of the flowers and maybe a few more PWPs. I'm guessing your town is is still a W.I.P and you should definitely share it when it's complete! (Unless it turns out I'm wrong and it's complete already) :3

P.S. Is your town tune 'Pon pon pon'? It just sounded like it that's all xD

♫Things I liked/loved♫
- The patterns around you plaza tree are really cute! I also liked how there were shoes, bottoms, a shirt and hat (and some spotpass items) waiting for me too
- I loved the log PWP - I've never seen it before actually...
- You have some really nice villagers!
- The kitchen in Lucinda's house was really cute >w<
- Roxy's main room was... interesting? It was full of tree samplings haha - not sure if you were using it as storage space or something?
- The top floor of Roxy's house was very small and cosy - I liked how you left the boots at the entrance too!
- I liked how you had hybrid roses in a diamond shape in 4 areas (you probably don't know what I'm talking about here) in front of the plaza - it looked pretty *.*
- I loved the picnic blanket! I really want one for my town hehe

♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- I mentioned before that I liked the items awaiting at the plaza (if that was intended) but maybe you could wrap them? Just an extra thing since it's fun not knowing immediately what the item is hehe
- Some of the flowers could do with some flower arranging
- I think that the main room for Lucinda's house could do with a theme IMO

Overall, I thought your town was updated at a good time (at night with the northern lights<3) and most of all really I think it could just do with some flower arranging and maybe a few more PWPs

- I liked the different shaped stumps and thought it was a very unique idea :3
- The hybrid flowers outside of Hai's house were really dark (almost spooky) not sure if that's what you were going for but I think it's cool!
- The main room of Hai's house was almost mysterious - I really wanted to see the back room but it was blocked off aha
- I liked the 'lab' room of Hai's house too and it seemed really busy in there with all of the noises at once hehe
- The collection of mini fossils and music boxes in the left room of Hai's house was unique and I enjoyed listed to the music box music too
- The basement was really gloomy (are you going for a creepy or gothic sort of town? Just wondering because of all the dead trees ect)
- I loved the dead trees and black roses + lilies part of your town near the town hall
- I also loved the digger area with the drains - just thought it was different


♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- So much stuff on the plaza turnips, accessed fossils, perfect pears haha. That's probably temporary though right?
- The top floor of Hai's house seemed really random and I felt like more of the smaller items would look better on some kind of table/surface/counter thing
- Some of the rooms seem to be a little empty in the houses but they're probably W.I.P/under construction
- The pansies at the top of the town could be arranged better maybe?

For your question of where you should put the 3rd house, I think that above the plaza would be best (IMO) because where Tangy's house is seems too close to the bridge xD

- I adored your patterns! The water, drains were amazing ^-^ (did you design them yourself?)
- I actually liked the music in Gabby's house
- I liked the left room of Julia's house. It was really pretty x3
- The basement of Julia's house looks like it's going to be good when complete
- Nice PWPs like the flowery arch and stone. Are place in good places too
- I loved the placement of the fountain! With the 2 tree stumps and path surrounding it
- You have some really cute villagers :3

♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- The flowers could do with some arranging
- The left and top floor rooms of Julia's house is a bit empty in the middle (probably under construction though?)
- It could do with some more PWPs in some empty ish areas like the west side

Overall, I can see your town is a W.I.P but I can also see the potential in it *.* - I love your ideas for PWP placements and your paths are just wow!

Weeee~ Thanks for the review! This is really cool to hear.

The backroom is only a storage crammed full (the collection room is a bit of a storage, too). I've run out of storing space so stuff at the plaza is temporary, yes. Good point with the bridge! I hadn't thought of that.

I like to think I have no theme, just things that appeal to me. I'm going for a mainly barren, rugged and almost forgotten look without it being gothic or (too) spooky.

♫Things I liked/loved♫
- Your paths were very bright
- The cafe is in a nice spot
- I loved the flower arch - really pretty :3
- Your back room has some customized furniture which I think is nice
- The upstairs of your house was my favorite room of you house for sure!
- The fountain is places in a nice place


♫Things I disliked/improvements♫
- On the top west corner of your town, your path seems to suddenly stop at the cliff? It just looks a little strange IMO so maybe you stop it at Agent S' house
- Your town could do with more PWPs and maybe more flowers/hybrids - maybe spread PWPs out a bit as where there are some, they seem to be clustered together
- In most of your house rooms, you have all of your furniture around the sides of your rooms and so there isn't anything in the middle - it would be nicer if there was something in those empty spaces (without over crowding it obviously)

Overall, I think that several aspects of your town are nice - your paths/patterns (could do with some more) and the placement of trees but some things could be improved for example, the spaces in the house. I'd love to revisit when it's complete :3 (if it isn't already that is)
