Not sure if a thread has been made about this before, since it was a trend that started quite a while ago and probably died out a little bit, but I just remembered it.
It's a sort of personality assessment-- except not only are you assessing yourself, but others can too, describing you by selecting a few traits they think you have. Johari assess positive traits, nohari assess the negative ones (not recommended to link if you can't take criticism; also, it has been used to troll me before.)
