Japanese version ACNL

Hi guys! I have a few questions regarding to Japanese version NL that I want to ask if you are playing it or you have friends that do

I do have a japanese 3ds xl so I only need the copy. so:
1) do I get the japanese dlc or would I get the U.S ones?
2) let's just say I found Zucker in my Japanese town and I want to move him into my main town (which is the English version), would Zucker speak English after he moved in? (I actually think he would lol but just wanna make sure xD)
3) are there any differences besides the festivals and holidays?

sorry if some of the questions (or all xD) are rather obvious, but thank you for helping and share your experience with me! I would love to know

1. You get Japanese DLC
2. Villagers will speak language of the person speaking to them. Even in Japanese town, if you have an English visitor, villager will speak English for them. If you visit another town with your Japanese character, villagers there will speak Japanese.
3. No other differences.

Yes, I got a Japanese 3DS and game shortly after the game came out in Japan ... Just couldn't wait for it to come out in NA!

I would think so. I ordered my 3DS and game together from nippon-yasan.
