Sort of. There are 4 items selling for premium at my Re-Tail. Also pink wetsuit on the island. 4 is a new high for me.

For a very short time in August in my main town, I had Re-Tail buying 3 items at premium, but for some reason, just a couple days later, it went back down to 1 and hasn't changed since.

Apart from Bell Boom ordinance, it's to do with how many games you've StreetPassed.
That is great though, I hope you could make use of all the specials!
I had a pink wetsuit once, but it reminded me too much of childrens' pyjamas. My current one is White.
