I'm curious if being able to import any villager you want into the game now with amiibo cards has effected the villager market any here. Like, do villagers sell for less now? how have things changed? I'm selling a villager and am unsure what to ask for.
i'm not sure what prices villagers used to be bought and sold for, but now tier 1 villagers generally go for 30tbt, and the prices tend to go down by 5tbt per tier after that (tier 2: 20-25tbt, tier 3: 15-20tbt, etc.)
I was looking for the link as well - & presume the one given by Nenya is the current one, but it doesn't show the list for me (I probably have a not totally upto date PC) - it says it's under construction?
Edit: I look at the list every so often, just curious to see where my villagers are in the popularity stakes, it doesn't effect how I feel tho - two of my favourites Hippeaux & Katt are probably low.
I haven't got a full set of cards, so I might at some point want to 'buy' a villager, albeit given there are players with all the cards you might be able to pick up any of the villagers for a lowish amount. I wouldn't expect for free as the other player has to scan the card & then wait for the villager to ping to move. (for which they would need at least an 8 scanned card villager town). And then arrange a time for you to come over... its a lot of work.
