I came into Rosie's house and was amused to find that Marshal was there with his little Festivale headband still on! Not the shirt, just the feather headpiece. I guess he likes it so much he doesn't want to take it off?

That happened to me too but Tangy was inside Rosie's house, wearing the headpiece but not the Festivale shirt. I'm just glad Festivale didn't prevent Rosie's birthday from happening.
