News on the switch shows new items if you connect to pocket camp, i'm not sure how far in the game you had to be to get them so if these items are not given to everyone eventually these items might be another high paying set being sold again.

Just go to your pocket camp and connect your account. You will get a code (idk if it's in pocket camp or your email), which you can redeem on the eshop, so you'll have a special pocket camp tab in nook shopping!
