Item given by villager not on wiki? Looks alot like shrunks jacket

So about 20 minutes ago my villager Vic came up to me and gave me a "comedian's outfit". It's an orange jacket with a blue bow tie, so a lot like Shrunks except its orange peel orange and no circles. I looked at the list of shirts and didn't find it sooo?? Is this a new item with the update? I can post pictures if you want

I saw it in the Able shop the other day. I also thought it was new, but wasn't sure.

It probably is a new outfit. My guess is wiki didn't get around to adding all the new clothes yet
