Hi! I have a villager in boxes today, and this is the first time that someone on my island is moving out. Should I be island hopping for a new villager today? Or will they have an unsold plot tomorrow, so I'm able to wait until then? I really don't want someone random moving in, and want to make sure I get my timing right! Thanks so much!
They'll be gone tomorrow and leave an empty plot. You won't be able to move anyone in until then (unless you use Amiibo). No one will move in the same day they leave though.
