Island Advice Requested - also, LEIF is here!

I recently redid my entrance and some other parts of my island, but there are a couple of things I need to figure out and that is where someone else would come in.

I need to know if I should:

Keep Punchy's house in the same place or move it up a level.
Put any ramps in my entrance.
Move my house up a level or leave it as is.
If there are any other changes I should consider making so my island doesn't feel so flat.
