I have one in my guest town. At first I tried growing hybrids there and nothing took. So I put them on the beach.
I was going to remove it but I have a lot of visitors. So I put one of each type of perfect fruit in there. Put a tile that says For Town Only. Pathway and flowers are around it. Orchard is behind it.
My train station is my free zone for visitors. No more picking up the perfect fruit each time.
