Is this Pokemon Hacked?

This guy wanted a lvl 100 Aegislash. He put up a lvl 100 Giratina. I traded. It's off the GTS, btw.
Flavio is the trainer, sinnoh is the region. It has a Sinnoh Champion Ribbon.
I look at the stats, and the moveset is normal. It doesn't have the blue pentagon, and non of the markings are filled out. Also, it only had 3 moves. Is it legit? Or did this guy hack it?

Erm. Well it could have just been taken off. You only really get 1 a game so it's worth holding on to.

It seems legit for me. I'm pretty sure that the trainer just used move deleter to forget a HM move.
