Is this a good deal?

My friend is selling his 360, a wireless controller with adapter, Madden 12, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and Saints Row: The Third for $135.

Should I take him up on this offer? I've never owned an Xbox, so there's plenty of games I've been wanting to play for a while now.

Why trade it in? It's a fun, free game! You'll end up get like around 10 bucks for it not worth it. Or if you know you won't wanna play it then sell to a friend. But I say keep it.

He said wireless controller w/ adapter, not a wireless adapter. (Which is also not necessary for online play.)
