Is there something up with my campsite?

Okay, so, I could've sworn that you're guaranteed a camper the day the campsite is completed.

I tried resetting at least ten times.

Nada.

"Okay," I thought. "Maybe it's the day after?"

I set the system clock to the next day. Still nothing.

Is my campsite bugged, or was there a misconception on my part?

I have eight, so I've got room for two more. Does your villager count actually affect your chances of getting a camper? That seems weird. I've seen a lot of posts in which people complain about getting a dreamie in their campsite when they have ten villagers already...

You're guaranteed a camper the second day the campsite is built. The first day just shows the empty plot and the tent arrives the next day

I doubt it's bugged. You're just unlucky.

The same thing happened to me for some strange reason. I eventually got a camper, but not the second day or the third or the fourth. I have multiple towns and this was the first time this has ever happened. Weird, isn't it?

Uhmm.. Villager count doesn't matter. I'm at 10 and I get campers here and there. Very rarely though. I feel like I've even gone a week without one.

Strange how you haven't had one yet.

Yeah,I've done the new campsite reset thing a few times.I think this old Gamefaqs thread I found explains it correctly.
