Is There Any Way To Contact Someone Who Is Not Online?

Shari, a monkey in my town, will be moving out tomorrow, and a user was supposed to pay me for it. But they haven't been online all day. I've sent them a PM and a VM, and I check consistently, but they are never online.
This might be a stupid question, but is there any way to contact that user without them being online? I don't want to have them mad with me because "I didn't tell them Shari was moving out today." And she's the only villager I'm giving up for now...
Is there anything I can do about this? Thank you for all the help!

Okay, thanks for the help! If I have to I'll just let Shari move and explain to whaimes63. It's quite unfortunate if she's a dreamie the user wanted, though...and I could use those 5 million Bells...but whatever. c:
It's not that big a deal to me anymore. I hope I'll get Anabelle's picture tomorrow since she's sick; then maybe I can try to sell her!

There is still plenty of time left in the day! They may come online later.

Depending on how dedicated you are to the trade/sale, you can always manipulate the DS time so that it doesn't progress to the next day.
