is there a way to archive pm messages?

I received an email from TBT warning me that my message limit was near for stored pm messages. The email indicated that I would need to delete or archive messages. How do I archive messages?

I assume it counts of one of the download options, which would probably be a pain. An easier way is to set up PMs to send to your email through your settings, that way you'll still have a copy in your email once you delete them.
