Is there a limit to how many times you can do the photoshoot? Concerning heart crystals & furniture...

I believe you get one chance a day to earn crystals, but after that, it's just for torture, er, I mean fun, yeah, fun.

If you do this every day, you’ll be able to get all the items plus more. As @tajikey said, you get crystals once per day but you can do the photoshoot as many times as you want.

if you willing to time travel, you can go back and redo all the photoshoots for more crystals, i think! it’s a pretty time-consuming process though ;;

i'm pretty sure you can just go back in time once the event is over to when it's still occurring and do reese's photoshoots like you would normally to earn more heart crystals! i'm not 100% sure though, i'm just basing this off of how previously released events for new horizons have worked.

You could also make extra characters on your island and delete them when the event is over

I haven't been time travelling, but I get 15 crystals a day from the shoots now. I've bought everything except the jacket and shoes. Pretty easy to get enough duplicates.
