Is there a limit on the amount of trees?

Is there a limit on the amount of trees that can grow in one day? I planted a bunch of fruit trees yesterday and only half of them have grown. There’s like 30 in the middle that haven’t grown but all the ones on the outside did. And I have spaced them correctly etc so I can’t understand why they have not grown? any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you

Did you plant them all near each other? The game doesn't like that (Regardless of spacing correctly), so you'll have to eat fruit and move them manually.
