Is there a limit on how many bridges/inclines you can build?

New leaf had a nasty habit where it would not tell you how many of said structure could be built until the limit has been reached. Does New horizons have the same issue? I want to build a load of bridges but concerned that the game will meddle with my layout planning.

I agree and i find it supper annoying!! I believe there should not be a limit

I've only got five bridges, and could get rid of half of those.

I've got eight inclines and would like more.

I think it would be great if it was 16 total, and if you have five bridges like me, then the remaining three bridge slots could rollover and be used as inclines.
