Is there a general questions thread?

I find myself coming up with questions all the time while I play and I feel like making a new thread every time I think of one is sort of like spamming. Is there a thread set up for just asking questions and getting answers?

I suppose, but I can't say I immediately feel that "Ask the Staff" is a general Q & A. It gave me the impression of being a specific ask staff thread, equivalent to PMing staff but in public, rather than a generic thread which all users can participate in.
