Is the rainbow windchime thing at harvs island an actual thing we can obtain?

I don't think so. Through hacking it can probably be possible. I've seen people have the fences that he has on his island.

I wish they had added wind chimes.
The movement is so cool. It would be nice to be able to attach it to the house exteriors just like the door plates and wreath.

For everything he has that is unobtainable from his island, you'd think they'd make it possible that after visiting him frequently, he'd eventually mail you some of those items. Sort of like how DAL gives you stuff for flying.
