Is the maximum value of TBT Bells 12.2 TBT when creating threads?

Everytime when I start a big thread, I make like 12.2 TBT, regardless of how long it is. Is that your maximum adjusted for this site, or am I not posting long enough? Because the longer the post is, the more TBT you can earn.

I think we implemented a maximum earning size. Not really sure though.
