Without cheating, growing hybrids cannot be done any easier unless you begin using a silver watering can to water them. You could try to find some strategies on what positions are best to grow them, if you like. Cycling villagers is not possible, but you can indeed make villagers move provided you irritate them enough.

No. Nothing helps me in mine, at least.
As Bowie said, cycling is impossible.
Lastly, one could very easily make a villager move out, just spend three hours hitting 'em with a net.
