Yes and possible to buy the authentic art also. But if the town owner had already bought it, you can't buy a duplicate of it.

You mean you can't buy anymore art on the same day you buy art in your town that day or that week? Also I'm guessing Crazy Redd won't be in his tent on New years Eve as he's Manning the stall?
