Is it possible to introduce trees and bushes back on my island? [RESOLVED]

I cut down all the cedar trees in order to "beetle farm" but now I miss the trees and flowers. Is there any way to bring them back?

I think so, yes. I think you can do it with hibiscus, I'm not sure about nook starts though.

You can grow island fruit trees and bushes again but you can't get the cedar trees.

Not on the island unfortunately .
