Is it possible to get your newest villager to move?

i really need to know, i accidentally let a villager i don't want mover in, and the other nine are dreamies.

Yes. I have done it before but it took me awhile. I spent each day talking to my 10th villager and fulfilling each favor they asked of me until they became friendly with me (i.e giving me stuff for free and sending me letters). Then they asked me to move just like all my other villagers, they didn't seem to want to move out until we were friendly with one another. You can do this pretty quickly if you TT just one day at a time look for the villager that is moving (one of your 9 villagers you want to keep) ask them to stay, then go to the newest villager (the one you want to leave) and talk to them until the get that thinking bubble above them. I don't suggest TTing more than a day or two at a time as you might accidentally put one of your other villagers in boxes. I hope this helps.

It took me forever just to move 1 10th villager out, so I don't think you will be able to do the 16 villager cycle unless you are really patient.

it's possible, I managed it ONCE, but was unable MOST of the time

you'll need a lot of patience (TT back and forward and talk to EVERYONE every single time) and the success rate is not high

it's better/faster/safer, to give one of your dreamies up (1/9) and cycling twice (for Marshal and the one given up)
