Is it possible for a villager to plot here?

I really need to know if it would be possible for someone to place there house in a certain area... here's the set-up:

x x x x x x x x x x x xxxxxx

the black = spaces
the red = beau's house
the blue = the plot
the green = the town plaza

sooooo would it be possible for a plot to appear in the blue area?

I think it's possible. Villager houses have 1 space all around them (for clearance) and two in front of the door (which is irrelevant here xD), and the town plaza is the same provided that the blue plot and the 1 space clearance around it does not coincide with the cement of the town plaza. It'll probably be really difficult to get a villager to move there though just because of how finicky some villagers can be ><. It took me about an hour each time I tried to get a villager in the perfect sweet spots in my town.

hmm... so the plaza has only 1 space clearance too? but i thought the plaza had more spaces for clearance, because when i try to put PWP's there, Isabelle says that it's too near to the plaza...? or does that only apply to PWPs?

PWPs have a 1 space clearance too, so I think that they can only be placed 2 spaces away from the plaza cement (1 space coming from the PWP and 1 space from the plaza) ^^.

Yes is possible one of my houses was one space away from the plaza (I think or was it two?)
