Is Bree Uchi or Snooty?

I was told she's uchi in this game but when i talk to her she seems to be a snooty villager, do they just act similar or is she snooty?

I'm not sure why you didn't just look this up? I'm sure you'd get an answer quicker if you looked it up on Google or something.
