Is anyone's town in July or August?

I've had New Leaf since launch day and I could have sworn that I caught a scarab beetle but sadly my game says otherwise. I really don't want to wait till July to come back around and I don't want to time travel so if anyone has their town set to July or August if I could visit and catch one that would be fantastic

you can get them in the evening on the island I have done that recently and I am on the current date. hope this helps
