Mama, once you unlock the QR code from Sable (by talking to her for about 10 days or so everyday) you can scan the codes I posted and wear this dress. If you want to make your own dress, you just have to talk to Mable and choose "Make a Pro Design" and choose from the list what you wish to make. It cost 500 bells to make a pro design.
