My mayor house is a bit boring (for me) with mostly whole set of my favorite furniture series, one mermaid room, one princess room and one rococo room.

Will you please post your favorite rooms which mix one of these series with something else? Could be your room or from a dream town, etc. Doesn't have to be princess mixed with mermaid, I just mean like? mermaid mixed with ANYTHING.

I thought this was an interesting idea, mermaid mixed with fishing series, bath, night sky, etc. (not from my town)

That's really cool! I think I've seen a couple purple rococo done creepy, it works really well! Thanks for posting a shot!

I actually have a room in my one of my cycling towns where I've mixed the entire Rococo Series (non-customized) with the entire Creepy Series:

... and another where I've mixed a few Mermaid pieces with the Rococo Wall, Rococo Floor, and customized pieces from the Regal Series (in royal purple) This room is still a work in progress, but the theme should be relatively readable. :)

As for the Princess Series, I think it could blend well with a few of the other sets. I could see it working with the Ice Series, the Regal Series if customized in royal blue, or even certain pieces that aren't part of a set, like the chaise lounge, soft-serve lamp, cupid bench, or the ebony piano customized in white. I hope this was somewhat helpful, and I wish you luck in your decorating endeavors. :)

I mixed my rococo with the creepy series & the gorgeous set. I don't have another set mixed in with my princess room, only other random items. The classic set refurbished dark brown might look good, unless you're going for a pale vibe.

Too lazy to load photos, but dream address in signature.
My alt, Lilly, has a basement with Ice and Princess furniture... and upstairs is going to be a lovely and mermaid room...
I love my ice and princess combination ... and no way related to Frozen. I've never even watched it. >.<
My mayor has an upstairs elegant bed room with custom blue/yellow rococo, fireplace, and I love how the rococo wall looks with the exquisite rug. <3

This is an old crappy photo from my old town but kinda what my Lilly character's upstairs will be like once I get all the stuff

I really wish you could chose the wood color and the fabric separately when refurbishing, like with the stained glass window. I thought Rococo in blue would go with the Princess set, if only the wood was white like when refurbishing Rococo to pink. >.<

yeah that would be great if you could customize the wood and the fabric on rococo, I agree!

It's surprising how many blue, pink or purple furniture sets go together really well with mermaid!!

I can't upload it right now but someone made a spa with ice and mermaid and a tub with lots of ice vanities and some mermaid screens, etc.

I also forgot to mention (though I don't have photos, sorry) one of my friends has her mermaid set mixed with many of the gulliver items for this kind of travel knicknacks vibe. It works pretty well. I remember off the top of my head that she also has the pisces lamp dlc and the stained-glass lamp (one of it's customizations has an underwater design).
