Instruments!

cello, flute and piano
i'm technically the most advanced at piano as i am qualified to teach, but i would say i am the best at cello (completed all grades)
flute is more of a hobby for me

I play the guitar. I used to play the cello, but I didn't really enjoy it. Haven't touched one in nearly 10 years now

I am currently learning to play guitar, but have been unable to due to events in my personal life. After guitar, I want to learn how to play drums, piano/keyboard, and possibly ocarina.

Piano, though I have to use an Electric Keyboard cause we don't own a piano.

I played the violin in elementary and middle school...I was terrible at it (which was why I was in Second Violin). No offense meant, but come on...we all know that Second Violin is where they stick the people who would be on the bench if it was an organized sport instead of an orchestra.
Dabbled with the clarinet in either 4th or 5th grade...though I was really good with the recorder in 3rd grade, I was horrible with this one. ^^;

I want to play guitar (acoustic), but money is sort of the issue with that. Plus, though I'm right-handed, I play lefty...and the local music shop is small and doesn't sell lefty guitars.

I can play keyboard. I also sing, and a couple of my friends play guitar and drums. We could start a band if we weren't so lazy.

I wish I learned to play violin when I was in middle school. The violin has this perfect sound and it's lovely. I like the violin but only if I knew how to play.

In elementary school I was in "strings" which consisted of exactly 3 girls in a classroom learning how to play the violin, my violin smelt like cheap Mexican sponges because I couldn't afford one of the fancy chin rests so I used rubber bands and a sponge. But the case was so pretty and the violin was so pretty and I loved plucking it and resin-ing my bow. I only learned like twinkle twinkle and other super simple songs, but I refused to go to any of the little recitals and I gave it up before middle school, I wish I hadn't funny enough my friend who took it the year after me got my violin after my mom sold it back to the shop and she still has it to this day. But I really wish I would have kept it up. =[ I really want to learn how to play the piano someday.

lol!

I played recorder in elementary school, hot cross buns is my ish!
Wanted to take up xylophone in 8th grade... said I couldn't and forced me to play trumpet...

which i quit a semester later and joined chorus.....

I used to take piano lessons, but right now I can't play anymore lol

but I really want to learn how to play sax though sigghhh I love the sound of saxophones tbh....

i play both the bass clarinet and Bb clarinet, and the electric guitar (the acoustic is too large). i currently play the Bb for class and march the bass but i'll be playing bass in class and marching it to top off my senior year.

I wish I could play an instrument. I tried to teach myself guitar, and I took keyboard lessons for a while but I just couldn't pick it up.

I play the ukulele! At least, I can play a little. I'm trying to teach myself guitar and piano as well but learning one instrument is difficult enough so I've kind of put those on hold for a while. I'd like to be able to play them all at some point, and the flute too, I think flutes sound so pretty.

I don't play anything. :c

I had to play the recorder in grade 7/8 for music class but other than that, I've never played an instrument.

I'd really REALLY love to learn how to play piano. It's a beautiful instrument. <3

i play cello, but am probably going to quit in order to open up more space for different courses- yearbook, macroeconomics, etc.

i used to play the cello!! it was a long time ago, but i've been thinking of picking it up again. also, i've been fantasizing about learning how to play the ukulele or piano. they both look really fun.

This is probably not the thread for me, but being kind of a music enthusiast I've grown up with the opportunity and support to learn any instrument I wanted and so to this day I can play piano, flute, oboe, drums (kit and various mallet percussion), piccolo, trombone and some guitar. I, however, have stayed with the flute the longest and currently own around 3 or 4 different kinds as well as a fife and piccolo of my own. Gemeinhardt flutes and piccolos have to be my all time favorite for quality. I've tried several in my time of playing and I've just grown most accustomed to the sounds of these instruments. And in the flute family I've had the privileged of playing piccolo, C flute, alto flute (pitched in G) and base flute.

I play the flute and the mellophone (only in marching band though). I also got an ocarina for Christmas that I'm teaching myself to play.
