♥ Lurkers may lurk for 1 villager at a time and only for villagers I currently have
♥ Lurkers will have 10 minutes to reply and make an offer to me before I make a public announcement
♥ 3 lurkers per villager, all will be notified at the same time
♥ No lurking for tier 1 and tier 2 villagers
♥ Follow me in my town at all times
♥ Bells will be transferred by dropping them by the train station
♥ After dropping bells we will proceed to the villager's house
♥ I will end the session after villager has agreed to move
♥ I take IGB, not TBT
♥ Must be available to pickup within the holding time

Prices:
♥ Tier 1 villagers will either be sold on a highest offer wins basis or auctioned in a seperate thread
♥ Tier 2 and 3 villagers will be sold on a highest offer wins basis
♥ Tier 4 and 5 villagers are free

Holding times:
♥ Tier 1 will be held for up to an hour
♥ Tier 2 and 3 villagers will be held for 30 minutes
♥ Tier 4 villagers will be voided after 10mins if not taken
♥ Tier 5 villagers will be autovoided unless someone is lurking for them
