I am very new to ACNL and by mistake, I time traveled very far back and messed my town up. I did this after I had been playing for a month or two, and now I need some funds to return it to its old glory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest going to the Island at night, fill your basket entirely with bugs, and then sell them at Re-Tail. That's how I earn most of my bells.

Pull up the weeds. If you get a four-leafed clover, you can sell it here at tbt re-tail. You will easily get about 400k.
Note-they only come if you time travel, which u did by accident, but they are rare.
