in need of expert advice URGENTLY - TT the last moved in villager out ASAP ...

Hi, I had an open spot ready to move in my last dream villager, but instead Bettina moved in last week...
(I think via streetpass, since I didn't trade during the 9-Villager-Status..., but not sure I even had in "on")


I have been TT (2 forward - safe - 2 backward - walk around - ...) for ages now, and so far everyone else has asked to move (some even twice) except her who I really need out (also, no other villager can go, since all dreamies)


I had this kind of situation before and it also took me a long time to get the 10th villager out (Gala), she also was the last to move in...

oh both are normal villagers and I have a fairytale town... was thinking that's why they be so stubborn to move out...

between Gala moved out and Bettina moved in I didn't trade or allow anybody in my town just to keep the open place safe for my last dreamie

BUT when finally Gala moved out on Sunday, Bettina moved in the next Tuesday, taking the 10th spot


I now have one more day to get her out in order to still obtain the last dreamie...


sometimes I see threads of people taking in campers only to TT out for someone else (even seen "orders" placed to do so), so am wondering if they do anything special to move that last one out

There is no special trick I know of. The only thing that ever worked for me is to raise the friendship level really high. Be really nice to them, and they may move out.

What Violet said, it's completely random - what personally works for me is raising the friendship vs. ignoring them.

Yep, if you streetpass with someone who has just had a villager move out, you can get that villager to move into your spare slot, no choice about it. Also, if you wi fi with someone (even just visiting their town) when they've just had someone move out can also move them into your town, providing the two villagers mentioned had been voided and not been given to someone.

I've heard that you can make a new character and have that character introduce themselves to all of the villagers, including the one you want to move out. After just intriducing yourself go and talk to everyone except the one you want to move. It prompts the game to move out the "undesirable" villager or something. I watched a youtube video on it. Perhaps google this theory a bit more before trying though, in case its a waste of time ^^

hamippo, would have tried it BUT the problem is I have 4 human characters already with 4 fully paid for houses...
erasing one of those and starting from scratch is literally going to cost millions

I have tried raising the friendship with her, ignoring a bit the others NOTHING !!!

I AM GETTING DESPERATE, TT about 60 times now... everybody asked but her

I really could do with some positive "last moved in - succesfully moved out anyway" stories....

totally stressed out here, also because the 9 others are all dream villagers for which I spent months to gather.... pffffff

I even took unpaid absence from work last Thursday and Friday to be able to TT all day and evening long (spent hours and hours already) - why isn't she moving out ?

I've tried looking it up for you, and all I see are lots of reports of the 10th villager being very hard to move out, if maybe even impossible. You may have to let someone else go and cycle back for them :<

I have done it about two weeks ago with Gala too, but it took really really long and I will not let anybody else leave since it took forever to get them /not be mention the millions of bells I spent on them

btw: Gala moved in as the 10th villager too

so it is possible BUT well yes, was hoping to get some positives / if for nothing else to lift my spirit
