Can someone also tell me how to do this? I'd really like to do it, but I don't know how to do it since it's my first time! I'll be greatful if someone helped me.

Hey! You need to visit there town and talk to the villager that is packing up to leave. That villager will then come to your town in a few days (can time travel to get them right away). Then the person who gave you that villager will come and get the villager they wanted from your town. It makes sense once you do it.
