Please Blanche is leaving soon and if someone could teach me how to trade that would be nice so pleasseee

To take a villager from another's town you go to their town when the villager is all packed up ready to move and talk to them. Then the villager will say something like "Today is actually my last day here, but I'm not quite sure where I'm going...." then you would select the option "Come to my town!" and they should agree ^^
