I'm thinking of resetting my town...

I'm thinking of resetting my town, because I don't like the name and layout anymore, but I've worked hard on my character, and I don't want to delete her. So if I rebuild my town, will she move with it, or do I have too make my character again? I'm asking in fear of losing her.

You have to make your character again, you could just buy another copy.

If you delete your town, you have to make her again.
However, if you're worried about loosing bells or items, you can get someone on here to hold them for you.
But you cannot save town progress, house expansions etc.
