I have 20 minutes to kill, can I visit someone's town? I don't run, won't steal, won't dig anything up, won't shop, only walk on paths, etc.

However, I don't have that much time so I won't be up for a tour or anything like that. I'd just like to visit a new town and see different villagers for once.
