Ohey guys, so I'm getting a second copy of ACNL soon to cycle on, but once I'm fed up with that, I'd like to turn the town into a themed town, y'know to spice things up a bit.. I've decided on two themes, Pok?mon and Starfox.. But I cannot decide between the two.. So, could you help me out picking, and give me feedback on the two themes? D:

Sorry for the mahussive post and possibly some looking up on either Wiki, but I'm in a total bind here, and would like some help deciding which theme would be good D:

Personally, I think the Starfox idea sounds more unique and pretty awesome

I like the Pokemon idea better - but I have a bit of on obsession with Pokemon.

Yeah I agree the Starfox idea is definitely more unique.. I had Phil as a dreamy for my second town and he looks like Falco, which gave me the idea.. But I also kinda want Nana and Joey, which is why they can fit so well into the Pok?mon theme.. I'm totally torn D:

Starfox sounds like the coolest. Plus, I think it meshes better with the actual villagers and it's a really unique idea!

I think the Starfox idea sounds more easily recognizable and unique than Pokemon. I doubt people will look at your neighbors and think of Pokemon. For the starfox theme, you could definitely have some space-related paths.

p.s. you could change their "catchphrase" to the character's they are parodying. like have henry say, "slippy" lol

Yeah I was thinking of doing that .. Particularly with the Pok?mon idea.. Like with Joey, he could say psyyyy

I think doing a star fox theme would be cooler just cause I feel like the villagers would end up looking more like their characters than with the pokemon theme. ^-^

If you don't choose any of them you could always do a Narnia theme or something? Another one i thought was clever was a How I met Your mother Theme with the yellow umbrella and all the characters houses themed as the houses from the show XD Or even doctor who or something.

The female Pyroar does a little bit .. It's difficult to find a good Uchi villager to match a Pok?mon, lol

I have to say that both of these sound like really cool and creative ideas. Kind of hard to choose between the two (I understand why you're indecisive) but I like the Pokemon idea better.

Star Fox 64 is one of my favorite games ever, so... do the Star Fox town! I actually thought about doing that as well.

I don't really know what either are, but by looking at the names and whatever I think Starfox would be good too. I haven't heard of that sort of town, but I've heard of Pok?mon towns, so I think it's more unique.

You could always say that Phoebe is supposed to be Moltres or Talonflame.
