It has to be from someone here or 1 other place. Please stop intruding in my town. When I open my gate it's for a trade or something else. I know this isn't a trade but this is where I would have found the person in the first place.

Have you told them in game?

You can look at your feedback (left by you and for you) and delete those FCs if you still have them.

If that's not enough just delete everyone you don't know.
