So I'm on like Chapter 12 or something, and my character has max HP.

How do I higher her stats now?

80 is the maximum natural HP, so you can't make it any higher from leveling.
There are abilities and items that increase it further, but the items are temporary, and the skills take reclassing to get, so unless you're THAT concerned with a few extra points of HP, you're maxed.

80 HP is the maximum HP you can get, however, you can check if your other stats are maxed by seeing if they're green on your character's screen. Since you're on Chapter 12, you'll start seeing more Second Seals soon, which you can use to re-class your unit into other classes to get more skills. I think the first place where you can easily buy them is the big tree map that's coming up soon, but I don't want to be too specific in case of spoilers, haha.

Your stats raise each time you level up. You can tell when they are all the way up when they turn green. And like the others said, there are all kinds of skills and stuff available with each class, base classes having new skills at levels 1 and 10, advanced at 5 and 15

You can also use permanant raising stat items such as Energy drops if you don't want to keep switching classes to get higher stats. If you really want to be overpowered, you can get the Limit Breaker ability. Limit Breaker works for all stats except HP.
