Buying Im Buying Bushes and Other Landscaping Stuff! Restarting Town!

Hello! Im here because Im going to restart my town! No not Demolishing it but destroying my paths, chopping trees, pulling weeds, and finish off getting my dreamies.
Well, I originally Had restarted my town about 4 months ago, and I really Liked it; But now my town is getting a bit messy with Dreamies moving in the middle of paths, lack of playing and weeding, and everything got messy. I really would love to buy these items for my new town.
About 200 Bushes at 40k each
30 Mushrooms at 20k each
20 Lucky Clovers at 35k each
Perfect pears at 100k per basket
Hybrids at 20-180k each
and Links to Cute Paths!

Id really love it if I could get these items and a landscaper!
