Giveaway ill give you perks for me visiting other towns

I need to visit another persons town for a few reasons,

1. itll help get me getting the visitors badge
2. I have Katie and need to help her
3. its the autumn moon festival and I get a free item (if that's cool with you) you could even get from me
4. I need to sell me turnips quickly so id like to visit someone who has prices over 300 if that's possible

id prefer if all of these requirements are met and so i will make my decision in an hour or so

So, you may ask yourself "whats in it for me?"

well here it is

1. Ill leave a tip to a value depending on how high the turnip prices are
2. ill let you come to my town and get a free Autumn moon item from my Isabelle
3. ill leave you a random piece of ore (since im only interested in Gold the rest are useless for me)
4. i will leave positive feedback to show how nice you are

I know it is scary for someone to come to your town fearing that they will do something criminal
but I can assure you I will not do anything to make your ACNL experience bad so if your still unsure if you can trust me, I give you full command to boot me if I do anything that seems bad to you here is what I wont do

1. I will take anything on the ground, be it flowers, items or even litter
2. I will not run at all and I will remain on a path at all times, (assuming you have a pathway)
3. I will not talk to any villagers
4. I will not buy anything at all, even at Re-Tail unless you say I can
5. I will not even enter Main street, and if I need to use the bank you may follow, (I wont be offended)
6. if you still feel you cannot trust me, (which is perfectly normal) you can follow me throughout the town
